We support the people who call on us for development, integration, and participation. To this end, we offer various work-related activities, work routes, education, and training within Weener XL and closely cooperate with external employers and partners. We firmly believe that having suitable work provides income and contributes to self-esteem, structure, and health.
In addition, Weener XL, as part of the municipality of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, provides benefits according to the Participation Act. We carefully assess applications and provide income support to people who are temporarily or long-term unable to support themselves. We focus first on the person and then on the solution.
We aim to create an inclusive labour market where everyone has the same opportunities and can fully participate in Society. We see this as a joint task for the municipality of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
