About Bamm
Bamm! is an art and heritage educational organization with almost 40 years of experience in the field. With our four brands we develop a wide variety of activities with and by children and young people. Because we believe in inspiring encounters with art and heritage!
Philosophy & Mission
Mooss: This year we work for 40 years in art education.We have a very wide experience in the field with children/youngsters (2,5j-30j), their mentors (teachers, mentors, educationalists …) and families with children. We work with professionals in dance, music, theater, visual arts and digital media. Together with all kinds of organizations in free time (libraries, museums…) and schools we are organizing workshops all over the Dutch speaking part of Belgium. In 2019 executed 5.147h of workshops.
This diversity in applicants guarantees a diversity in participants. In doing so, we have an extensive working with socially vulnerable groups. From our commitment to inclusiveness, we have built up a certain expertise in this area, and are thus in demand by both local and network organisations.
Our methodology is a reference work for art education in high schools and universities.
Mooss is part of the organization Bamm.
Bamm! is non-profit association supported by the Flemish government located in Leuven(B). We are working with 20 employees.
Bamm subscribes the right to cultural participation of all children and young people. As a result, we work inclusive and we are active in various areas. Our four brands BAZART, AmuseeVous, Mooss and Mastiek develop a wide variety of activities with and by children and young people in different disciplines. We work with various partners in various sectors. And we strengthen the voice of children and young people in the social debate about art, heritage and education.
